The Charlotte Executive Leadership Council unites CEOs and business leaders from the Charlotte area’s leading businesses and colleges/universities to advocate for impactful solutions that improve Charlotte’s economic vitality, equitable opportunity and quality of life for all.
All council members share a deep desire to give back and help strengthen our community by working together to share their perspectives on the issues and opportunities facing Charlotte and by bringing together the right talent and partners to strengthen our community for the benefit of everyone.

It begins in the spring of 2014, when the Charlotte Chamber took 140 business and government leaders on its annual Inter City Visit.
Our Partners
Building and strengthening our community requires collaboration across our public and private sectors and includes strong partnerships with Charlotte’s leading educational and nonprofit organizations and critical community initiatives.
